A comfortable hotel with efficiency kitchens, including refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. PROPERTY NOTES: * 3/1/04-4/20/04 (Spring Break), during this time frame a $300 security deposit is required. The $300 security deposit is charged to the guest at time of check-in. This deposit can be made with a credit card or cash. The guest is refunded the deposit at the time of check-out after room inspection is done to assure no damage has been done to the room.

| Great Hotel, service was good and the room was very comfortable. Excellent A/C for the hot Arizona weather. Kinda smelled a little funky in the hallways, but other than that the stay there was great.

| I would recommend this hotel. For the price I payed I was impressed. It was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is above average when it comes to hotels that allow pets.

| I had never heard of Island Suites. When I walked in, there was a nice clean smell. I was checked in right off. I had a nice "Junior Suite" that had a sitting area separate from the bedroom and I paid no more than I usually pay for a basic room.
