| There's a reason why this motel doesn't have spectacular ratings! We thought people were too picky, and went ahead and booked. We were sadly disappointed in the lack of care taken towards its facilities and customers. When we checked in, I saw a clipped toenail in the corner of the bathroom, the sink counter wasn't wiped down, and the lamp shade was crooked. Too make a long story short, we bought our own cleaning wipes and the toenail stayed there for the next customer. Our keylocks stopped working in midstay. The nonsmoking section of the hotel was filled with smoke except our rooms. We would have liked a hot cup of coffee before starting our day, and sadly enough there was no in-room coffee maker avaialable.

| The staff was always professional and friendly. The 1st room had dirty shower curtain, a hole in sheets, something gooey on headboard, stained carpet and the ventilation fan didn't work. Staff immediately gave us a room 4 floors up that was was much newer and cleaner, but the air conditioning was noisy & tv remote didn't work. Our key cards to both rooms stopped working and we had to get them re-programmed. The food was okay for the price. The slot machines were loose.

| I particularly enjoyed the Buffet and restaurants. The gaming was great too. Maybe there is something to that story that the slots pay better away from the strip. It works for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious, plentiful and available anytime. We felt very secure while playing and sleeping at this hotel. I have been telling all my friends to come here, especially the regulars that stay on the strip for triple the cost.

| We were very pleased with our first stay at this "Small Hotel and Casino". Decorating is new and fresh, the rooms very clean. The non smoking floor truly is and keeps the cigarette smell from the casino away. There is a side entrance from the parking lot to the room elevators which bipasses much of the casino. Another nice touch is the 24 hour security at the hotel elevators. This hotel features many of the amenities of a large strip hotel. The buffet and restaraunts were fine.

| This hotel is an ok value. If you want a place that is off the strip then this is a good place to stay. There is traffic to and from the hotel on occasion. The rooms are what is to be expected from a very inexpensive hotel. The casino is ok but I wouldn't gamble there.

| Moderately priced hotel/casino. Clean rooms, for the most part. Off the strip, but very tight slots. We have family in the area and always stay here when we visit.

| The staff and hosts at this casino/hotel make you feel like you are a friend. No pressure to gamble or spend money. It is a local place where locals are staying and playing but one thing stands out is their courtesy toward the guest.
