| There was no air conditioning - only a ceiling fan (the front desk did provide a oscillating fan)for air circulation / cooling. Opening the window at night wasn't an option due to the location along a busy street w/ traffic noise.

| The walls were very thin, and you could hear every conversation, tv program, etc. from your neighbors. There is no AC or fan, so you must open your window for air, which means even more noise from the road and parking lot and the other rooms with open windows. Also, the room was very small (the smallest I've ever stayed in). The room was clean and pretty new, but when you are constantly woken up throughout the night, the cleanliness doesn't really matter. Won't be staying here again.

| The name "Microtel" should be a clue. The room was clean and neat but very small. It was a challenge finding places for all our clothes. Though we asked them not to use air freshener in the room, they did it anyway, causing problems for my asthmatic wife. The location, however, was extremely convenient for our needs.

| The floor in the bathroom was gritty and felt dirty on bare feet. No hot water half of the time for showers.
