| This hotel is a modest hotel, commensurate with the one star designation. On check-in, I was assigned to a room with a strong smell of cigarrette smoke and two double beds, although I requested non-smoking and king-size bed on reservation. The non-smoking part was corrected by a room change, but the king-size bed part was not. Otherwise, the stay was ok. The room that I was in was smallish and there were dusts on the cloth hangers, but they were not serious problems. Downtown quincy areas are within walking distance (10 to 20 mins), as is a subway ("T") station (10 min).
