| Enjoyed the Blarney Castle Hotel very much, lovely large room and wonderful bathroom. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Location is great for tourist attractions. Only drawback was we left our windows open at night, and as we were at the front of the hotel where guests left the pub, they were noisy and their cigarette smoke wafted up through our windows.

| Great old period family run hotel close to Cork but far enough away to get out of the rat race of the city, with all the modern facilites. With a pub and resturant on the bottom floor, with lots of local flavor. And within walking distance (one block) from the Blarney Castle. Staff (the whole family) was so friendly and helpfull, i felt like it was more of a homecoming than just being another guest. Most comfortable home like hotel i have ever stayed at in my many trips. A great break from the revolving door cookie cutter chain hotels.

| This was the best hotel we stayed. Staff was very very helpful. Food was great. The location was in the heart of a quiet town with great charm including the blarney castle and the mills. Words cannot describe how wonderful this hotel is. We stayed during our honeymoon and we were given the room overlooking the "green" (just for being on our honeymoon). The staff knew it was our honeymoon before we checked in. It was a great surprise from the hotel. We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed our entire trip. We stayed at 4 highly rated hotels/castles and this was the best.
