| This hotel was relatively inexpensive and convenient to the Metro. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a little hard to see when we were trying to find it. It has a couple of really good burger restaurants close by. It is also convenient to a grocery store and shopping mall. It was a "no frills" type of place, so bring your own toiletries--only soap and shampoo were provided. The registration desk personnel were all helpful with whatever questions we had.

| I thought for the price it was a good motel. I found the 5 guys burger place on Backlick Rd was really good.

| Very noisy property. I could hear people talking in normal voices - inside & outside - like they were walking right next to my bed all night long. Bathroom fan made so much noise, I opted to not to turn on the light.

| A little difficult to find, but once we found it it was a haven in a busy city. Our trip to DC was great knowing we had a place to sleep outside the bustle of the nation's capital. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with directions (on more than one occasion) and I would recommend this hotel to someone not eager to stay IN the capital.

| I picked this hotel because the reviews weren't too bad compared to others, and it was fairly close (3 mi) to a MetroRail stop. I checked the room first, and it seemed ok. After getting settled, the wind came up and it howled through the window because the fixed side of it was not secure against the frame. The toilet would not flush (broken handle), so the top of the tank had to be removed to do so. Also, it ran all night, but that was easily taken care of by turning off the water to it. We had a schedule that had us going from early to late, and it would have been very inconvenient to try and get moved to another room; and we had a lot of stuff that we didn't want to leave in the car. The staff was very pleasant, and when I told the manager upon checkout about the situation, she said she would refund one of our nights' stay (out of three). I'm still waiting to see if that happens.

| I have stayed here a couple of times. It is not fancy, nor easy to find the first time but a great value for the money. Have to pay for high speed internet but parking is free. Clean and spacious rooms

| Tough access to interstate if you've never been there before. No signs to help you out. Basically no place to eat nearby. ALL the vending machines were out of order. Thats 8 machines. Toliet ran all nite first nite so no sleep. Notified the front desk in the AM and that evening still not fixed. Moved us to another room after complaining.
