The predominantly European hotel staff was polite and responsive. I even got a recommendation from the hotel sales staff for a nearby "bed & biscuit" for my constant canine companion, and was happy with them too. The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfortable. The only thing that puzzled me was the very straight-backed settee in the sitting area - the one time I sat on it the thin back cushions fell forward whenever I moved (after that I kept to the more comfortable chairs!). An upholstered love seat would be better. I had no problems with the high-speed Internet connection. The onsite exercise facility was well-equipped and everything was clean and in excellent working order. I appreciated the complimentary valet parking. And the location was of course very convenient to Harbour Town shops and dining.

My husband and I left our two kids home for four days and enjoyed one of the most stressfree relaxing vacations in the world. I never sleep well when away but the Inn was so quiet, comfortable and relaxing I came away rested and rejuvinated. The Inn and all the people there were so friendly and helpful, we will definitely come back. Also, the Grill was awsome, you must eat there and say hello to Sidney for us he really made us feel special!! Again, I can not say enough about our whole experience right from Expedia down. The flight, the transportation, the Inn the food....Awsome!!!!

My husband and I traveled to Sea Pines for our anniversary, and we fell in love with this resort and Hilton Head. We will certainly be back. Our only complaint was that the 2nd night our pillows were a bit too firm. But, this was corrected for us, and we slept soundly, dined finely, and vacationed merrily for the remainder of our time.
