The villa's are not oceanfront, but the shuttle service is available or it's a nice walk because the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff are very accomadating. Great kids program and wonderful live music daily. If you plan on playing tennis, take your own racquets. It was a great get away.

I waited in line 30 minutes to get a room that someone else was already in and then another 45 minutes in line to be told that they would not have any more clean rooms for another "hour or so" and it was already well after check-in. This facility had two people on the desk to deal with multiple high-rise vacation facilities. It's a great place in the off-season but would not go back during the height of the summer season.

This is a great place for families with small children. The Splash Park was a lot of fun and the kids loved it! We stayed in Brighton towers and the rooms were very big and clean. My 1 yr old found a lot of small food particles on the floor in the living room and kitchen. Overall, we were very satisified and will definately be back!

First, the check-in took much longer than it should. Understand, some folks may have problems with reservations but, to have a long line and go from 5 employees handling reservations to one and not address the long line is not acceptable. Secondly, the condo we were assigned was situated in a location without parking within a reasonable distance. Noise from the folks on the second floor was very noticable in our unit. Too expensive for the service offered.

Great location on the beach. Awesome amenities for the kids with lots of pools and splash beach - parents will love it as well! Nice connecting boardwalks to all oceanfront hotels at Kingston, one of the nicer resorts at Myrtle Beach. I'd advise against staying at the South Hampton Oceanfront hotel. It is an older hotel. The AC was not working well thus the room was a bit warm for the July 4th week. The phone was also out of commission. Other than that I was very pleased with the Kingston! If you have kids, you'll love this resort.

Having never been here, we arrived not knowing what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and neat place with great landscape to view as we sat on the back patio or walked the short trail to the beach. We plan to come back and would recommend to all!
