| Each Candlewood Suite offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as an oversized desk and two separate phone lines. Candlewood offers its guests value-added services - -The Candlewood Cupboard allows convenient 24 hour access to food and sundry items. -We value your privacy..providing your housekeeping service once a week. If you find that you are in need of clean towels, please stop by the front office during regular business hours to exchange them for fresh ones. -Our front desk is open Mon-Sun 7AM-11PM. We also have a manager on duty 24 hours a day to assist you should you need anything. *Please don't forget after hours check-in procedure. After Hours Check in.. Enter the main entrance of the hotel and there will be a plaque on the wall with directions for the after hours check-in service. There will be boxes on the wall next to the plaque. Find the one with your first name on it and enter your last name - the box will open. Your room key will be inside the box. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register and/or check-in to a room at Candlewood Suites, except where state law requires otherwise.
