| Modern residence three kilometers from La Croisette promenade, 50 meters from the beach, and 30 minutes from the Nice airport. All studios and apartments feature kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and private terraces or balconies complete with furniture. The eight-floor residence is built around two pools, one of which is lagoon-like and blends into the surrounding palm trees.

The hotel houses a 380 meter outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, and one lagoon-style pool with a terrace and solarium. Deck chairs and mattresses can be hired during the summer. There is also a games room with a billiards table. A mini-market and bakery are less than 150 meters away.

Recreation
Guests can make use of the water sports center one kilometer from the residence, offering cruising, water-skiing, windsurfing and catamaran. Scuba diving, fishing, and sea excursions are available at Port de Cannes.

Reception opening hours: Sunday to Thursday: 8 AM to 10 PM. Friday to Saturday: 8 AM to 10 PM.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. For short stays, keys may be picked up after 2 PM within reception opening hours; they must be returned by noon on the day of departure. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels and television are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.
Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.

| The view is breathtaking, but there are no amenities to go with it, just the bare basics. Just plan on not spending much time in your hotel room.

| The rooms were extremely dirty and the smell of urine in the bathroom was overpowering. There is no A/C so you must keep your windows open. Unfortunately the train runs between the hotel and the beach (25 yards away) and keeps you awake. There is also a frat house atmosphere at night which is also not conducive to sleeping. I wouldn't let my dog sleep here.
