Families with young children can take advantage of the nearby nursery (1-3 year olds) and the mini club (3-8 year olds) providing a range of activities from snowman building to ski lessons. Baby kits including high chairs and infant beds are also available to hire on site.

During the summer season, visitors can enjoy such activities as swimming, hiking, mountain climbing and golf. Over the winter months visitors have direct access to extensive skiing opportunities, as well as dog sleds and ice skating. Summer reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 8 PM. Closed on Wednesday.
Winter reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Friday: 9 AM to noon and 4 PM to 8 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 10 PM. Sunday: 8 AM to noon and 5 PM to 8 PM.
Please note:
Upon arrival, please check in either at the Belles Challes reception in the Holiday Residence Maeva Les Pagodes du Charvet, or at the Thuria reception in the Holiday Residence Maeva Charmettoger.
For single week stays room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and departure is before 10 AM; for short stays arrival is after 10 AM from Sunday to Friday and Saturday after 2 PM, departure is before noon.
Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels and televisions are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.
Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.
The residence does not have its own restaurant, but there is an excellent choice of restaurants as well as 36 bars to choose from within the resort and surrounding area. Nearby restaurants include:
