| We stayed for three nights in this hotel and it was very new and clean. We had excellent service also. The room was a bit small, but a great deal for the price. There are two restaurants in the hotel. The Millbrook Lounge is a very modern bar that serves appetizers that are miniature meals i.e. the American was tiny hot dogs, tiny burgers, and tiny fajitas. It is also close (5-10 min walk) to the tube station and only about 15min walk from Westminster Abbey and Parliment. Great hotel.

| This was a great find. Ultra modern in design, one of the best amenities of the hotel was the individually controlled HVAC system, which provided quiet, very fresh air into the room at individually controlled temperatures, which can only be had in a new building. This made-up for the somewhat small room and bathroom. For 2 adults and a child, the size is minimal. However, we found many hotels won't allow a third bed for children at all. But as with many of the newest "boutique" hotels having smaller rooms, everything else is provided for including bathrobes, concierge, DVD and DVD library, iron and board, etc. There are larger suites available, but at a cost. The other hotel amenities include a fitness room and a private computer room with a private bath, which you sign-up for. This provided additional space for our son to roam around in. The covered outdoor dining terrace is great in warmer weather. Pimlico is technically the closest subway, but we found that the more central Westminster was only a very pleasant ten minute walk along the river. We also were easily able to walk to Piccadilly, Oxford Circus and Trafalgar Square. Alternatively, Bus #88 stops right in front of the hotel and goes to and from many major destinations including Camden Town.

| My Wife and I had a great stay here at the City Inn Westminter. The hotel was very nice and clean througout. It was located In a quiet area and it was only about a five minute walk to the Pimlico Tube station. The staff was very nice and helpful in finding a pub or grocery nearby. FYI, there is a little supermarket on Horseferry where we were able to get bottled water. When we go back to London we will definately be staying here again.

| This is a lovely hotel with a fabulous staff that truly go out of their way to help. It is within walking distance to many tourist sites (Parliment, London Eye, etc.) and there is an ample supply of Black Cabs on call. My only criticism is the restaurant food is atrocious. We tried them for a breakfast and a dinner and both times left hungry with lots of bad food left on the plates.

| This hotel is fantastic. It is modern, clean, and on a picturesque, quiet tree-lined street, just minutes walk to Pimlico underground station. While the rooms are small, they are bright with modern plumbing and excellent climate control. The free broadband service worked flawlessly albeit at DSL speeds. The staff was friendly, which is more than I can say for some other higher priced hotels. Highly recommended.

| Very clean and well maintained. Not very old at all. The only problem is that it isn't very close to any railroads or subway stations.

| This was a great hotel, reasonably priced, very good breakfast buffet. The only drawback is that it is not 'conveniently' near an underground/tube stop. Pimlico is the closest, but you'll need a 10 - 15 minute walk to get there. With luggage, that's not always pleasant. Otherwise, decent location and easy to get around in the city from here. The rooms were quiet, modern and comfortable.

| Very nice room, comfortable bed. What you see on the internet is what you get. No bad surprises. Helpful staff. Not so close to the subway station, but in a good location for a walk to the Thames River, Big Ben, London Eye, Buckinghan Palace... We would go back for a longer stay.
