| At the front desk, we waited over 20 minutes to register and we were one of two groups checking in and there were two clerks working. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant that night after 8:30. Only one person's meal was served to us at 9:40 at which time we spoke at length we our server and found out "our order had been lost" and the cooks would do what they could. We decided to leave and by then everything else was closed. I know things are busy during the holidays, but I know the Biltmore was full long before we got there and they had plenty of time to secure enough staff to serve meals in a timely manner. Or, if they were not staffed, why keep the restaurant open! Obviously this hotel has a nice location in a great vacation area with very poor management.

| Though this is an older hotel and the rooms are not large, the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a nice lobby with fireplace and bar so you don't have to enter the casino (downstairs) unless that is your desired destination. Free breakfast was a plus.

| Tahoe Biltmore was comparable to other hotels in the area, but was substantially cheaper.

| Hotel is not air conditioned. It was 96 degrees the day we were visiting and little cool down at night. Two small windows and a fan for comfort. Smoke alarm was disconnected and hanging from the ceiling. We were considering this hotel as a wedding site for my daughters wedding. Neddless to say it will not be held at the Tahoe Biltmore.

| We stayed at this hotel because it offered such great rates. However, if you have the extra money to spend, do it. We got there at 1:45 and they made us wait the extra 15 monutes to check in. The room itself was so hot and stuffy, AC did not work. Carpet was really gross and the whole room just gave me a muggy feel. Plus, it was SO loud. The walls are thinner than any others. We heard noises all day and all night and it was so annoying. If you require a good night's rest during your stay, don't plan on getting it here. Also, it was not cllose to anything, so we had to drive or ride our bikes on the busy highway to get anywhere.

| Stayed in one of the rustic buildings off the main hotel. Perfect if you are just looking for a place to crash. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, and closet was roomy enough for our suitcases and ski equipment. Room fixtures were outdated, but linens were new. The pool and hot tub area were just redone and are nice. Excellent complimentary breakfast in casino restaurant. Great value!

| The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a free breakfast. The hotel is close to ski resorts in north tahoe area. Also, it was good to stay with my dog (The hotel charged 20 bucks of pet fee per a day).
