Guests of the Melrose Arch enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning. March Restaurant - The dining room has a contemporary black and white colour scheme, polished white floor and green and blue lighting features. Dishes can include Hot Smoked Crocodile Tail, Mesclun Leaves, Granadilla and Orange dressing, Grilled Salmon Fillet on Wilted Greens, Sweet Potato Mash, Green Pea Wasabi and Shanghai Vinegar Jus and Camomile Scented Cream and Raspberry Soup. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Library Bar - Bedecked with books by classic authors, guests can sit on leather sofas nursing cognacs and whiskies. Light meals are also available here. Pool Bar - Diners can eat and drink outside, where tables and chairs sit in the shallow water of the pool, surrounded by clipped trees in oversized steel planters. Reservations are recommended.
