This quiet condo/resort community is in North Scottsdale and literally right around the corner from everything you need including shopping, restaurants, nightlife and more. Grounds were meticulous and we enjoyed the quiet lagoon-style pool and the excellent workout facilities. Our condo was spacious and provided everything we needed. Don't forget to bring your own pool towels. Signed, Missing AZ from NY

This is not exactly hotel living. We were basically in an apartment with full amenities including washer/dryers and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The complex was beautiful and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sonoran Suites were very roomy and comfy. The carpet and furniture was a bit worn, but not bad. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was beautiful and we were the only ones using it. We left an ipod charger there. We called and they sent it to us the next day! The only bad part was the place where we were would not let us use their fitness center because we weren't members. But Sonoran got us a membership at a gym across the street. It was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

This was a 2BR condo in a condo complex. It appeared that other units were lived in full time, but this unit was a rental. Nicely furnished, nice pool, wonderful warm April weather, good location in Scottsdale (Shea area). My only complaint is the poor mechanical condition of the unit. Towel racks in both bathrooms were pulled out of the wall, door knobs were very loose (about to fall off), noisy plumbing. But, all in all, I would go back.

This hotel room was full of blond hair from the previous guests, including on the toilet and in the tub, which I had to clean before bathing my children. Dishes were dirty. Water was off for two days in the hotel and on these two days the pool and hot tub were not heated at all. Very disappointed, would never stay here again.

Sonoran Suites is a company run by young employees who aren't as organized as they should be. They rent out condo units in various condo complexes. The unit where we stayed was 25 minutes away from their office. We were greatly inconvenienced in having to pick our keys up at their office instead of the office area at our condo complex. The same problem occurred when we had to return the keys. The cable t.v. connection for which we paid never worked, so they stated we would receive a refund for that. Also, we only had one electric gate opener to be shared by four people in our party, and only had one pool gate key, again to be shared by the four of us. I'd pass on this agency.

The property was at the Traditions at Kierland in Scottsdale, Arizona. The grounds were well kept with a beautiful pool complete with a sandy beach area and two relaxing spas. The condo unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the ground floor near the pool. The appearance showed well worn carpet, stained tile in the bathrooms and thread-bear furniture. The biggest dissappointment was with a dishwasher that broke down on the second day of our 7 day vacation. The management did send out someone the next day, but they did not indicate they had been inside the unit and the dishwasher was still not repaired until the 6th day . The kitchen is not very well equipped if plan to do your own cooking and eating. The dryer took over 2 hours to dry towels that was a problem since we had elected only mid-week maid service. The cable system was very basic with only 20 usable channels; an upgrade was available at extra cost. The builder grade faucets leaked around their handles when turned on and were difficult to adjust the water temperature. The MBR had a california king size mattress that was comfortable, but in the other room the two twin bed's mattresses were well worn. The package was not inexpensive, but we went "all-in" and "pushed" the gamble: winning with a great location and grounds, but losing with poor interior amenities and appearance.

Very nice two-bedroom/two bath apartment in Kierland area of Scottsdale, but for the price, they could have provided the basic national cable service that would include CNN and a few other networks; limited to local and government service channels on TV, leaving you out of touch. For a "Price" they could connect but it takes several days. Cable modem service available at $17/day a little pricey. Otherwise, nice, quiet and near everything. Facility A+ quality, amenities, greatly lacking for this type of facility.

Housekeeping is so-so. Your room won't be cleaned unless you pay extra. No fresh towels unless you pay extra. By the way, initial cleanliness wasn't exceptional either...
