| Positives: Located right on the beach. Great location! Very spacious room, easily could hold 6, maybe 8 people. Covered private parking. Sand bar off beach has a ton of sand dollars! Was able to access free wireless internet. Negatives: Killed 6 roaches while there. No fitted sheets on beds. Dryer didn't work. Water stains on ceilings. No batteries in remotes. Pool closes at 10pm, nobody enforces it so kids were yelling till 12am or later(guess this could be a positive depending on what you are looking for). Blinds were cheap and kept falling down. Overall: Great location, plenty of room, nice place to stay if you don't mind noise a dirty room and roaches.

| Perfectly fine condo right on the beach. Not so nice that you are going to be worried about the kids busting a fine piece of art, but not so pedestrian that you fail to feel like you are on vacation. this place worked just fine for two families looking for an escape from the cold northland. Go and enjoy Las Brisas!
