Situated mid-island, Marriott's Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe at Shelter Cove overlook Broad Creek in picturesque Shelter Cove Harbour: a two hundred acre outstanding waterfront location with spectacular sunsets and year-round festivities. All accommodations are two bedroom, two bath villas ranging in size from nine hundred to twelve hundred square feet. Eighty-six non-smoking units only are located at Harbour Point and twenty-five villas at Sunset Pointe. Marriott Vacation Club Villa Rentals: Large Spaces in Great Places! * Marriott's Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe are one of six Marriott Vacation Club International properties on Hilton Head Island. Guests arriving between the hours of 8am-11pm should check-in onsite at the front desk located in the Harbour Point-Sunset Pointe resort lobby. Guests arriving between 11pm-8am should check in at the Marriott Welcome Center located at 1044 William Hilton Parkway near Sea Pines Circle. The center is staffed twenty-four hours. Please note recreational vehicles are no allowed in the Shelter Cove resort.

DEPOSIT POLICY Full prepayment room and tax due thirty days prior to arrival: Credit card used to confirm reservation online will be charged thirty days prior to arrival unless payment is sent directly to the resort by check or money order - Reservations booked within thirty days of arrival require prepayment to credit card at time of booking * ACCOMMODATIONS at Marriott's Harbour Pointe and Sunset Pointe are luxurious and spacious two bedroom, two bath villas accommodating up to six people. The master bedroom features one king bed, alarm clock, color television, in-room safe and private bath with shower, vanity and whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an adjacent bath. The living room offers a private balcony and color television with video cassette player while the kitchen/dining area has a dining table and chairs with place settings for six, breakfast bar, blender, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and toaster. Villas are equipped with a washer/dryer and iron with board and all villa buildings have ramps for wheelchair access. Cribs and wheelchairs can be arranged in advance through Vacation Comfort Rentals at 800-655-9315. Non-smoking villas are not available at Harbour Pointe; all the villas at Sunset Pointe are non-smoking. * Villas have a complete set of linens and towels. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming.
