Just outside this beachfront hotel, guests can sign up for surfing lessons, outrigger canoe rides, and catamaran cruises (surcharges). Hotel guests are also eligible for a complimentary introductory scuba lesson at the pool of the adjoining partner hotel, the Outrigger Reef on the Beach. A day spa offers massages, facials, and manicures (surcharges). The public Ala Wai Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away. What to expect: This casual, 15-story condominium-hotel caters mostly to vacationers. Registration is at the adjoining Outrigger Reef on the Beach hotel. Guests can also enjoy the boutiques and restaurants at the Outrigger Reef.

| The room with a view! It was great! Only problem was the airconditioning. The unit was extremely hot in the late afternoon. Ventillation in the cooking area and bathroom are needed. Most of the screens had been removed. If they were replaced there would be better airflow through the unit.

| Very impressed with decor, roominess, security, beachfront location and magnifient, unobstructive oceanview. Only two elevators so a little waiting but otherwise would definately rebook here again.
