| The hotel met all of our requests and our stay was very enjoyable. Pool was small, but very adequate for our needs. Complimentary breakfast was very good and staff was extremely helpful with our questions about attractions and extra needs for our room. Would definately stay there again!

| The hotel had very nice accommadations and was impressed with how bright and welcoming the hallways were. Was a good hotel for a reasonable price and was nice to have the complimentary breakfsst with some choices of hot food.

| There are many places to stay in the Chicago area. This is one of them. Great location. Room was pretty standard -- wasn't bad, didn't stand out.

| The pool was warm, the service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. They even moved us into a non-smoking once one became available. We will definitely stay their again

| If you want to take a swim while you are here, think again. One foot in the water took my two year old's breath away. Also, be advised, if you are interested in partaking in the free breakfast, you'll be wasting your time. I'd definitely head to Denny's instead. Upon checking in, we weren't even greeted. I had to ask if I could check in, at which time I was responded too in an unfriendly manner. The people in the room above us must've been doing jumping jacks and stomping so hard. This was at 1:00AM. We had to call the front desk twice to complain and then finally, on the third call, we had to threaten to tell the occupants to please stop stomping and jumping all night.

| I would try any other available option before booking at this hotel again. The hot water ran out every morning by 7:00 (weekdays), we requested a non-smoking room and were given a smelly smoking room which we could not switch because they had overbooked (some people with reservations were turned away), we booked for three people and three beds, and the room was only prepared for two. No apologies were made for any of these things.
