    Hotel hallway smells like cat urine, although they don't allow pets. Air Conditioner didn't work although they said it was working to their satisfaction. Mold on walls in bathroom. Carpent in room was wet from humidity upon my arrival. I left in the middle of the night and stayed in another hotel. Did not ask for my money back, I just wanted out of there. Hotel needs to be completely refurbished before I'd stay again

    It appears the hotel is in the middle or renovations overall it was very good mainly the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    Carpets are dingy, walls marked up, bathroom a disaster (dirty & tiles caving in, fixtures barely working), outlets not available and/or overloaded.

    There were no stairs for the hotel patrons to use. Although we were only on the second floor, it was still inconvenient to carry three to four full suitcases up and down the stairs. The hotel serves as a banquet hall as well with three to four different large rooms for wedding receptions and other holiday parties. Therefore, there was loud music and party guests heard throughout the hotel all night. The atmosphere made the premises feel and sound like a party boat rather than a hotel. My family will not be returning.

    I would expect more in maintence for any hotel. The room, carpet, and bathroom needed remoling. The only good thing is that the room was bigger than i expected, and you get free breakfast passes.

    The hotel rooms need better cleaning, updating, and security. The lobby and banquet rooms are fine, and they seem to be keeping these areas in good shape. But find someplace else if you're a business traveller.
