| The hotel, borne thanks to the restoration of a private villa, is surrounded by a huge park of cypresses and olive trees, just at 4km from San Gimignano. Since March 2005, many exclusive facilities are available for you: new rooms and suites, and the panoramic restaurant "lampolla". The "Irispa" wellness centre with jacuzzi tubs, sauna, chromotherapy and beauty treatments with local natural products will be available from September 2005.Besides, the meeting centre "lagorà", the "zanzero" shop and "loliva" lounge bar.Furnitures are elegant, but fresh, combining tradition and modern design in an unique style.Almost all the rooms will have private balcony or patio.

| The only complaint I have is that the internet is a key board connected to tv. It is frustrating to use and there is no way of printing from internet. The grounds are lovely. The food good and the prices fair. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definatly stay here again.

| Nice ad of the hotel but practically they are giving you a room in a newly built up wing. The rooms are OK; if you have no better place to go but do not expect the real Tuscany old style hotel. This is a standard motel sort of place and the value for money neither available option. No drinks in the rooms as well as the room service have only very limited selection. People are nice in the kitchen but you need to go and see them there to order food for your room.Front desk staff wasn really not polite neither. Fish for something better; San Gimignano is a nice place and a must see!
