| The hotel is very quiet and includes a decent continental plus breakfast. English is not spoken very well, but we did fine with a few phrases from a tourist language book and sign language, when English wasn't working. Convenience - Bellevue is at the North side of the Piazza Aquaverde. The Rail & Bus Station is on the West side of the same Piazza. Bellevue is a quarter mile from the harbor to access Easycruise and others. You are also about 1/2 mile from the core of the old town.

| If you're traveling around Italy by train, this hotel has one of the best locations in Genova. It's right next to the train station, Porto Principe. The staff was very friendly and they spoke good english too. I was very happy with this hotel and recommend it to anybody visiting Genova.

| Hotel was well located for the tourist. Close to Principe Stazione (Train/Bus)Station. Also close to Cruise Boat Terminal. Walking distance to all main harbor attractions including Aquarium and Antarctic Museum as well as all central Genova attractions. Easy public bus transfer to airport and walking transfer to Cruise Boat Terminal. Desk clerks helpful in giving directions for touring and suggestions for great restaurants. Included breakfast was great.

| The basic hotel would be OK if you didn't have to move your bags up and down so many stairs. Even when using the lift, you have to move bags up and down stairs. It would be an OK hotel if you had few bags to move to your room.
