| We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and two nights as part of our trip to NYC. We stayed in the suite, and the two rooms had all the comforts of home: Microwave, mini-fridge, FREE internet access and quiet room. Despite being located near the Newark Airport, I never heard single plane from my room. However, because it is located in an industrial area, it was a little difficult to find even after using map quest and yahoo maps. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself again.

| The overall service and cleanliness of the hotel was above average but room seemed too small for two queen beds and four in a family. The pool wasn't heated so kids didn't frequent it. I did appreciate the hourly shuttle service to and from the airport and to the nearby outlet mall. Continental breakfast was a nice touch, however a short order cook would have added a lot. I do recommend it for an over-nighter.

| Very good hotel, excellent continental breakfast the best I had so far in any hotel, very confortable, coffee 24/7. I did not like much paying toll each way everytime we went to the city but overall it was a good experience. I just regret not having enough time for the outlets. I would stay over again.

| First things first. Expedia Rocks. It may take time and patience, but if there's a problem , Expedia will work with you to fix it. The Good: Rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, bathrooms are well kept. Breakfast isn't bad. Coffee+cereal+ boiled eggs Waffles+juices+pastries.Ample Parking The Bad: Staff is not consumer oriented or nice. The majority of the them appear to be disintrested in accomodating guests. The Bottom Line: Not worth it. Stay elsewhere unless you'e going to IKEA or the Outlet Mall in front of the Hotel. On a positive note. The Manager, and one housekeepers stood out from the rest. If you come accross either one of them you may have a better experience than we did.

| This hotel is easy to get to from the NJ Turnpike (I-95). Use exit 13A and follow signs to Jersey Gardens Blvd. and you will see the hotel. Also, getting back to the airport is easy!!! Just follow the signs. We had to return a rental car before our flight and had no problems. The hotel staff was very helpful also. A "Ruby Tuesday's" is next door for a good meal and an outlet mall is across the street. The hotel is new and was terrific for our needs. I would certainly stay here again.
