Guests can sunbathe on the terrace and admire the sea views from the rooftop swimming pool, and the hotel also has a sauna, spa tub, gym and a separate pool for children. The mini club runs six days a week for kids aged 4 to 12 years, and offers organised activities such as face painting and pirate adventures. A varied evening programme entertains guests of all ages with live music, cabaret shows and flamenco dancing. Guests can also take a free shuttle bus to any of the other hotels in the group to enjoy sporting activities, spa facilities and dining in their restaurants. The bus runs three times a day between the properties. Practical amenities include a 24-hour front desk with multilingual staff, currency exchange and concierge services. Parking is available for a surcharge.

Guests at this hotel have free access to all the H.Top hotels, bars, restaurants and services along the coast from Canella to Lloret de Mar, with activities offered ranging from archery, and rifle shooting to water polo and scuba diving. As well as the fitness facilities on site, guests have free use of the health club at the Royal Star hotel in Lloret de Mar, with a gym, heated indoor pool, hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and Turkish baths. For golfers, special discounted rates are available for golf and pitch and putt greens including the PGA Catalunya golf course.
