| I travel to Montreal for leisure at least twice a year. I usually stay in the Latin Quarter, but decided to give this hotel a try. Even with ongoing renovations, the staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean. I also liked venturing into the neighborhood, because that's exactly what it felt like...a neighborhood and not a tourist trap. Easy access to lots of great ethnic food and shopping. My only negative remark would concern the elevators. The hotel have two and they are extremely slow.

| I enjoyed my stay very much. I was in Montreal for the week and was very comfortable in this "home away from home." There was a nice breakfast every morning and a snack in the afternoon. The only tow drawbacks for me was that there was quite a bit of construction going on in the hotel during the day and the exercise facility was a bit lacking. Overall, it was great!

| Stayed for a week during a business conference. The hotel was undergoing renovations during the day which were VERY NOISY to the point of making conversation in the room impossible, but I was rarely in the room during the day. Only other glitch is that the elevators were slower than maple syrup in February. Otherwise, the hotel is great--good breakfast, and the evening "snack" was substantial. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location is near to the metro so easy access throughout Montreal. Would stay again if travel takes me to Montreal once more.

| The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were comfortable and having a kitchen and separate bedroom is great. Everything was in excellent condition. As with other Marriott Residence Inns, the complimentary breakfast was very good and convenient. It's not right in the heart of everything, but getting around was pretty easy - especially if you don't mind walking a little. Be aware: The clearance in the garage is only 5'6'', essentially meaning that only cars can fit. They do have access to an outdoor lot just a block or two away (in a nice neighborhood) that is only $7 (Canadian) for 24 hrs.

| Clean, full kitchen, great location, what's not to like. Gym was OK, pool very nice, the discount (ie: Expedia rate) rooms are not as updated as the other rooms but nice older mini-suites.
