This a is charming brownstone guest house on one of most fashionable streets in Boston. There are restaurants, art galleries, and shops all within walking distance. The staff of the guest house are personable and helpful. I really liked the complimentary buffet breakfast. The guest house provided eggs, bacon, french toast, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, milk, tea, coffee, muffins, bagels and english muffins. The rooms are small yet tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There is a very homey, nice feeling to this place unlike the usual large hotels.

The Newbury Guest house is at a great location on Newbury St. I was able to walk around the area and see nice shops. The breakfast is great! Rooms are comfortable. It is better to leave your car parked at the parking lot and take the train to other parts of Boston bcs. parking is expensive.
