Restaurant - The main restaurant has a fully serviced buffet serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spacious restaurant offers a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere in warm Arabesque-Spanish style surroundings with orange decor and tiled floors. It is comfortably furnished with dark wood chairs brightly covered with multicolored upholstery and tables with matching coverings. The long, tiled serving credenzas, with natural wood facings and copper canopies are laid out with gastronomical delights. Chefs busily prepare a wide choice of international cuisine and Tunisian specialty dishes for guests to enjoy. Le Salon Bar - This popular venue is warmly furnished with red armchairs, wrought iron tables surrounded by indoor plants. It is open all day and serves a choice of teas, coffees, sodas, fruit juices, cocktails, local wines, and beer. During late afternoon guests are treated to a selection of cakes with tea or coffee.
