| The ARS Hotel was beautifully decorated. Architecturally it seemed a bit like a maze. The entrance first of all, the hotel is a bit hidden, as it was on a street several local cab drivers had trouble finding. The rooms were small, but very neat. The beds were not as hard as were described to me before my stay. That is a matter of personal preference and taste. For the price you pay with this hotel, you more than get what you pay for. The friendly and knowledgeable, but seemingly busy staff made my stay enjoyable, but not without a bit of frustration.

| The staff at this hotel were very friendly. The rooms were nice. The beds weren't the softest, but then again your in Europe. The rooms were spacious and contemporary as well as the bathroom. The neighborhood isn't bad. Don't be afraid of the graffiti in the area. It's everywhere in Rome. The breakfast was good for being free. There were not many restaurants nearby. It was about a 12 euro cab ride from Termini Station.

| Hotel turned out to be a good option in Rome. Facilities are well maintained, and buildings seem to be fairly new. Continental breakfast served daily definitely saved the day in touristy and pricey Rome. Hotel staff was afable and helpful.

| The beds were too short and hard as a rock. Unless you're fond of sleeping on boulders, benches or a cement floor, stay away! The only way to get into the hotel was through a back alley covered in graffiti. Bad neighborhood, sketchy residents. Great breakfast, but the rest was just not worth the price.

| The room was small as all European rooms are. Lots of cobwebs, mildew in the shower and stains on the ceiling above the bed. I don't think our room was swept the entire six day stay. Newly remodeled Italian Villa in residential neighborhood. About 10-15 miles from center of city and main attractions. Easily accessible from buses. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a cold buffet with a selection of meats and cheeses, sometimes hardboiled eggs. Only one restaurant in the neighborhood and little English spoken outside the hotel in this area.

| This was a very modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Located in a very safe area. Did not feel like a hotel at all, felt as if I was staying in my own house. I stayed in a single room with a double bed. Room was fully equipped, and nicely decorated and the bed and comforter were very nice. After walking all over town this was a nice place to come to. The grounds of the hotel were nice as it is in a private villa. For what I paid I could not have gotten a better deal. The drawback? Well it is not near the center of the city, but there is an express bus that takes you there. Taxis will cost you 15 Euros. The staff is English speaking and are helpful. I really have no compliants about this place and would stay there again.
