As soon as we got to the hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. The wonderful, friendly staff was there to greet us as we exited the cab with a Mai-Tai for each of us in hand. They lead us away to our Seaside Suite where a bottle of chilled champagne and a plate of fresh fruit awaited us. The bed was covered in freshly cut local flowers adding to the romance and clearly showing that the staff was actively seeking to add special touches to our experience. The main pool (with its well stocked swim up bar)was right outside our door. The beach, ocean, and water sports were only a few steps farther, giving us a wide variety of easily accessible activities to fill our days. The excellent staff greeted everyone individually with a smile. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, but weren't pushy, pandering, or generally obnoxious about it in their efforts. The approach was sincere and friendly, not servile. The breakfasts were wonderful and largely made-to-order. Lunch was tasty and offered several choices of both healthy and hearty cuisine. Dinner each night was themed, and was usually quite good. For those who want a more private, table-side atmosphere, they offered a dining room called "The Trysting Place" that came at no extra charge, but had limited seating. All in all, we had a fabulous time and found little need to explore away from the hotel. It's a can't miss!

My wife & I went for our 10 year anniversary. We are already making plans to go back in a few years. It was awesome!! The staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful, & just down right good people to spend a week with. The views were breathtaking, the music was romantic & fun, the food was good (and I am very picky), & all the other couples seemed to have as good a time as we did. We had no complaints other than the birds flying over head while you eat, but that really wasn't much of a problem. The water sports were awesome too. I would definitely recommend Rendezvous for a romatic getaway!!

My wife and I could not have been happier about the hotel! We went for our belated honeymoon and loved staying here. If you are particular about towels, know that they are not very soft, but this was not a big deal as it was the only "problem" we could find with the hotel. Great staff, lots to do, and good food / drinks.

The staff was friendly, attentive and knew our names better than we could remember theirs! They were welcoming and attentive every day even though more people came in on a daily basis. Since it was convenient to downtown Castries and the staff was great, we would definitely go back for our anniversary.

This caters to an adults only/couples only. The grounds were nice, the staff was polite, the food was good and the rooms were decorated well, clean and comfortable. I've lived in the Caribbean (Grenada) for about 2 years and have island hopped all over. St. Lucia is beautiful, but the beach (although nice) is more of the Atlantic type and not the Caribbean sea with blue and greens you might want to see. Also a cemetary sits next store, but its well out of the way and down the beach and seems to bother no one. It is also right next to the airport, which I thought would be bad, but there aren't too many planes and its nice when leaving to be that close. The important elements are there and it was a nice break to be a part of good customer service. The grounds are well kept with lush plants and tropical species. I would return, and yes all the alcohol you want is included. Literally, the bar will stay open until you or the last guest will leave...
