Except for arrival and departure days, guests are provided one spa treatment (Thalassotherapy, massage, body scrub, body wrap, or facial) per day as part of the All-Inclusive plan. Available for surcharges are additional treatments, including ayurvedic, Indonesian, and Chinese techniques; hydrotherapies; a variety of holistic therapies; waxing; and nail care.

    Recreation
The majority of recreational activities and facilities described below are included in the room rate for this resort (scroll up to the All-Inclusive details section for more information).

Forested hills falling to rocky points frame 250-m (273-yd) Cariblue Bay Beach, on which this is the only resort. Along one rocky point is a designated snorkeling zone. Cedar-shingle huts provide beach shade, and lounge chairs offer sunbathing ease.

A 19.75-m (65-ft) kidney-shaped pool, a four-person spa tub, and a sundeck furnished with padded lounge chairs and umbrellas lie on a hillside above the beach. For volleyball, aerobics, and scuba-diving lessons there's a 16.75-by-7.25-m (55-by-24-ft) pool. A third pool, measuring 15 by 4.5 m (49 by 15 ft), is located in one of the health spa's two courtyards.

The resort provides snorkeling gear and beginners' and resort-level scuba-diving lessons. Also provided are kayaks, sailboats, windsurfers, water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding, as well as beginners' instruction for all. Swimming lessons, scuba-diving certification classes, and advanced windsurfing and sailing lessons are offered for surcharges. Independent operators often turn up off the beach to rent personal watercraft and offer parasailing.

Beginners' and intermediate lessons are provided for golf (driving cages and putting green), tennis (two lighted courts), fencing, and archery, with private golf and tennis lessons available for surcharges. Also included are bicycle tours.

Greens fees at St. Lucia Golf & Country Club 1 km (0.75 mi) away and shuttle service to the 18-hole course are part of the All-Inclusive plan, but guests must pay for rental clubs and mandatory rental golf carts.

Fitness classes offered as part of the All-Inclusive plan include hatha, ashtanga, and transcendental yoga; meditation; pool aerobics; introductory personal fitness training; stretching, abdominal work-outs, aerobics, step aerobics, tai chi, Pilates, stability-ball, boxing, circuit training, and other exercise classes. Occasional master classes in fitness, yoga, and health are also part of the All-Inclusive plan. Private yoga lessons, advanced personal fitness training, and stress-management counseling are available for surcharges.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the resort; fees may apply.

    Features
What to expect: Dedicated to health and fitness, rejuvenation and rest, and communal experiences, the resort does not include televisions in guestrooms. During the day, guests often stroll in spa bathrobes. Because the resort attracts Europeans as well as North Americans, topless sunbathing is common. Guests must be aged 16 or older during most of the year; between June 27 and September 25 the minimum age is 12.

Amenity highlights: Set on a ridgetop against a hillside covered with blossoms and forest, the Moorish-style seaview health/fitness spa includes 37 treatment rooms, two courtyards (one with pool), and a rooftop nude-sunbathing deck. Forested hills and rocky points prevent outsiders from reaching the beach, above which lies a pool and spa tub. Guests scuba dive and snorkel off the beach. The resort's Asian-European fine-dining restaurant earns local renown.

Insider tip: Located 2.25 km (1.5 mi) from the resort, Pigeon Island National Historic Park includes barracks, batteries, and garrisons dating from 18th-century English-French battles for control of St. Lucia; a museum; and a multimedia display about the island's historical significance. It is frequently the site of concerts and festivals.

This was our first trip to LeSport but won't be the last. The grounds are breathtaking and the staff is superb. The spa treatments are not to be missed. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever been on.

We had the time of our lives! We were a bit concerned at booking an all enclusive hotel, as we had heard some horror stories, but Le Sport was above and beyond our expectations. The fact that 95% of the guests had been here before and come back again and again should say it all. We actually extended our stay once we arrived it was that fantastic.

This is a very good resort. The Spa was great, the daily treatments here are a real advantage here vs. other all inclusive resorts. Food was good but not great. As US residents, we were in the minority here as it is mostly Europeans and specifically British. Nice beach and nobody selling jewelry which was nice. Plenty to do with the daily activities. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel and staff were great! We can't wait to go back. Not only was the upper management nice but even the house keeper made us feel welcomed. Not to metion the wonderful spa treatments we received daily! We got married on the resort also. It was wonderful. The staff made us feel so special. Our bed was even done up with flowers the day of our weddding. The price was very reasonable and everthing was included. Did I mention we can't wait to go back!
