| My roon didn't have a good window. There was only a large skylight. That was the only bad feature. Everything else was great. The furniture was beautiful. The shower in the bathroom was absolutely marvelous.

| Fabulous location in Old Port - near waterfront, tours, restaurants, bars and shopping. Every person working the hotel was pleasant, helpful and fun! Armory bar - great martinis! Our room was rather small room, tiny window without a view. But it was comfortable and I highly recommend the Portland Regency.

| hotel is loated in a prime location - one blcok frm the wharf. The neighborhood is full of restaturants, interesting boutiques, coffeeshops, pubs, galleries, boat cruises, cobbled srreets, cultural centers, and nooks and crannies. hotel is well maintained and staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. fantasatic place for a city/near the seaside getaway. minor league sports events readily available nearby and so are kid-friendly places. only complaint is the room we had - 4th floor "attic/loft" - was far too hot, even in spring and the temperature control didn't work properly. portland is a nice small city wit a lot to offer.

| This hotel had extraordinary exercise and spa facilities. The mens' and womens' locker rooms each had their own sauna and steam rooms in addition to a co-ed sauna and steam room. There were a lot of nice little touches like terry robes and pitchers of ice water in the locker rooms. This is a wonderful place for a leisurely getaway.

| Room was small but very nicely appointed. The only window was a skylight, which was a bit odd.
