| Staffs not that hospitable, location's far from tour points in town, parking is a nightmare if you have a car. But breakfast excellent! May be good for business travelers, not really for tourists, especially individual travellers!

| Hip, clean, well-located, friendly staff, lovely well-lit room, fabulous shower, nice bar in lobby, free internet, and the best breakfast buffet (included in price) ever - everything from grilled vegetables, to a leg of prosciutto, cappucino, croissants, you name it.

| We stayed at the Arcotel for one night and could not be happier with the accomodations the hotel had to offer. The hotel is a quick walk from the bus station and to the main attractions of Zagrb. The hotel offers free internet services (to check e-mail anyway) and a great bar to sample Croatian wine and beer. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and the rooms were extremely modern and offered all standard accommoations. We would definitely stay at the Arcotel again.
