| Very clean and spacious room for the money. Good access to the harbor area of Victoria, but not within walking distance. The hotel also runs two restaurants and a liquor store, which some may find strange. However, we did not find that this created a noise problem.

| Room was small but had a lot of great amenities such as Kitchen with granite counters, refrigerator, microwave, jetted tub, two TV's, one being a flat screen. Everything looked brand new. It was exceptionally clean. There was a swimming pool that we didn't use. Chinese restaurant attached, and you can use a health club across the street.

| It's great if you have your car...it's quiet & out of the way. The hotel is located in a very busy industrial/commercial area. Also adjacent to a strip club. Not recommended for kids - the pool was nice, but no other ammenities. Will pay the extra to stay in town next visit.

| The room was rather small but very comfortable. At night the fridge was a bit noisy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find, however, that there was a strip club downstairs. The dining options, unless you're in the mood for Chinese, were also rather limited although the restaurant nearby (Moxy's) was excellent. Overall it is a good hotel that I would stay at again, though I don't believe it was worth the amount they charge per night.

| This hotel, which is convenient to downtown only if you have a car, was very clean and new-looking. The decor was nice, including marble in the bathrooms, and the matresses were fine. The rooms were disappointingly cramped and small. There was a nice outdoor pool and deck area. It came with TV, frig, micro, coffemaker, blowdryer, and iron. The price was lower than many in Victoria.

| My husband thought of this idea to stay in this hotel halfway through our camping trip to get cleaned up and do laundry. The hotel is pretty nice, although some hallways really needed new carpet. There were amazing granite countertops in the bath and the kitchenette which were beautiful to look at. Everything else was basic hotel-looking. The coin laundry room was great--right down the hall from our room, there were 2 washers and 2 dryers that no one else was using, and I was able to do our laundry in 1.5 hours. There's a McDonald's and grocery store nearby too.

| They were painting the rooms. It looked like they were on all floors so paint fumes were bad and they had new lights, etc. crowding the hallways so we had difficulty in getting into room. Very congested. Otherwise it would be okay. Maybe paint and redecorate one floor at a time???
