| and it is difficult for the visitor to know which one is which. When I checked in, they said "No ready". I came back they said "Who You?" The hotel billed us even though Expedia had billed us. It took hours and days to clear up. The hotel is not a hotel, just studios. And the people at the desk speak no English, not enough surely to tell you that there are two hotels in the same building, so to speak. I do not recommend this as a place to stay!

| Great place to stay. Very clean, and you feel like you are in the comfort of your own NYC apartment. Also in the middle of a great street scene.

| I've got to be honest...I wasn't expecting much for this price. But when I opened the door to the room, I was very surprised at what I found. The room actually looked like the picture! We stayed in a suite and I'll bet it was 600 sq ft. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully-stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utinsels. There were a couple of big closets and there was plenty of room to spread out. Being fairly close to several subway stops made it easy to get around. It was definitely like being at home away from home. I preferred this over a hotel any day. I was unsure how to score because the questions don't fit very well. This is an apartment, so it has no hotel service. But the doorman was always pleasant so he gets a perfect score. As far as room condition, well the bathroom hadn't been updated anytime recently but there was always plenty of hot water and the living room had all new furniture. I was definitely extremely satisfied.
