| Very new, very clean, very friendly, right in the center of the action in Palma. The room was comfortable and cool (has air conditioning that worked fairly well), had a free minibar, and the bathroom was extremely spacious. The room was perfectly cleaned each day, and the maid went so far as to fold up my clothes tossed on the floor and place them neatly on a chair. The staff at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant, and spoke perfect English. There were also free snacks and drinks in the lounge downstairs all day, and a large TV with cozy seating that made World Cup watching easy. The location of the hotel was great. Just a block away from the water (yacht harbor, NOT the beach), nestled in the middle of dozens of delicious, diverse restaurants and cafes. A great shopping district was just 3 blocks away. A tennis club was about 100 meters behind the hotel. All in all the only two things I can gripe about are these: 1) The air conditioing in the room does exist, but it never seems to get QUITE cold enough. 2) The hotel is advertised as "50 meters from the shore", but this is deceptive...it's 50 meters from the ocean, but the BEACH in Cala Major is a considerable distance. However, a cheap bus ride (1,10 EUR) will get you there in about 5 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place, and what a deal for a cheap price! I am already planning my next trip to Palma and will definitely stay there again.

| We stayed there only for a half of the night. The hotel is good, upkept and.. standard, probably, just as any other AC Hotel. Clean room, big bed, no unpleasant smells or any other obvious signs of previous tenants. Definitely good for its price. Not sure if a hotel had its own parking. At check-in, they recommended street parking, which would've been impossible if we didn't drive a tiny Smart. Giving 3/5 for hotel service because of bureacracy upon check-in - a paper itinerary was required and I had to use my PDA to mail one to their address so that they could print it. Didn't have this problem in another AC Hotel I stayed at before.
