| We had a wonderful room, though we upgraded from the room we reserved through Expedia, which entitled us access to the Executive Lounge. This meant full breakfast, snacks, dessert and drinks, and internet access. Worth every penny! My only complaint is that the website indicated dual voltage outlets, and there were none. In fact, hotel staff said there never had been dual voltage outlets. We didn't bring converters for our cameras, ipods, etc. so we were caught short. However, the hotel had one for us to borrow. Note, though, they won't handle heavy duty appliances. The hotel was lovely, our room neat as a pin, and we loved the air conditioning! Turn-down service was an unexpected plus. All in all, a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks, Expedia!

| The Hotel design and decoration is wonderful you feel comfort rigth form the access. The room and bathroom are very well proportionated with plenty area comfortably equiped and decorated with a modern contemporary but classy good taste

| it was our first trip to Berlin. We booked the hotel on the internet. its location is great, all hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and tidy. will stay there again if we travel to Berlin again.
