| Front desk put me in two occupied rooms before finally getting me in an empty one. Very embarrasing and frustrating. Staff tried to "make it better" by trying to get me to suggest something they could do. I would have appreciated initiative on a complimentary movie, coupon, or something of that nature, rather than putting me on the spot to pick something out of the blue. Room was otherwise wonderful, high speed connection worked great, and location was convenient. I have stayed here several times and find it a great value. Cost is generally well below the other chains of similar quality.
