Access to the parking (that was scarce-even though we paid $25/day to park)was only available by a stairway that actually led to a restaurant next door to the hotel. It was a nightmare bringing in our luggage. We were forced to use valet parking when we left. Also, the elevators did not always work.

The hotel has a good location in West Hollywood, close to the westside and not too far from downtown. There's a grocery store right next door, along with Starbuck's and other food outlets. The place actually feels more like a motel, walls are very thin and in-room fixtures are very basic. Don't ever stay in the loft in the summer, heat gets trapped so the bedroom doesn't adequately cool off until morning. There's a ceiling fan which isn't very effective, the A/C unit is downstairs and the cool air doesn't drift up to the loft, making the bedroom uncomfortably warm when you're trying to sleep. The stairs creak badly. Bathroom's very small. The "gym" is a 100 sq ft room.

This hotel needs a makeover. They charge $25.00 a day for parking, and a $1 a day for the safe if you use it or not. Other guests had to have their room changed up to 4x due to a smell coming from the ac units (mold). My 2 sons had another room and both of us had to change rooms due to the noise from the other guests. They did accommadate us with a new room.

parking 25.00 a night even though I booked 5 rooms here, Wireless is also a pay for use service at 8.00 a day so while it seemsed to be a deal when i booked it became less and less as i found out about add ons, the pictures of the rooms are also misleading, rooms look much more spacious than they really are just your basic room with 2 beds the hotel was also unable to get us adjoining rooms we were spread over 2 floors and quite a distance apart I dont want to sound as if i was compleatly unhappy all in all i was fine with the lodging, in fact it turns out i have stayed there before but i would have never known based on the pictures I saw at the site

I have stayed many times at the Ramada Suites West Hollywood and was pleased to come back again. Because of my late arrival due to the Chicago weather they didn't have a room at the rate that I had booked and was upgraded to one of their loft suites without any problem. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made you feel at home. Arriving seven and a half hours late I was not happy but they immediately made you feel at home. A delightful stay and I even stayed an extra day at the full rate as Expedia were sold out on their allocation.

The hotel is great. It is in the perfect location, minutes from Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, Walk of Fame. Easy access to Santa Monica Pier(1 bus). Very helpful staff. Lots of shops/restaurants close by. Pool was nice, coffee in the room.

Older hotel, but still in top notch condition, central to activities in that area. Liked the service. Would definitely go back to this one on next trip.

This hotel is a great bargain and its in a fabolous location. The hotelstaff were very accomodating and helpful and our room was fresh and clean. There's a Trader Joe's down the block so you can fill up the fridge with juices and snacks. Panini which is a good california sandwich style cafe is next door as well. I was there with my two teenage kids and we were very pleased with the hotel. I would absolutely go back. Its a safe neighborhood and close to everything.

The hotel fit the bill. Just a place to sleep. They upgraded me to a suite since all two double bed rooms were taken. Only problem was, even with the do not disturb sign was up, the room service cleaning person came into the room in the morning.
