| Hotel will be better once the renovations are finished. The breakfast was the same everyday. A mix would've been better.

| I found the staff friendly and helpful. We came down for a latenight dessert in the restaurant. Even though it looked like they were getting ready to close for the evening, they cheerfully accomodated our request. The free breakfast was mediocre by some motel standards.

| I reserved a non-smoking room. When I checked in I was given a key and sent on my way. When I arrived in the room I was overpowered by the smell of stale smoke. Upon returning to the desk I was met with a distinct take it or leave it attitude. No apology or any type of explanation was offered. In addition the bathroom supplies were poorly stocked and the water pressure in the shower fluctuated from very low to a little better. My sense was the room was as clean as it smelled and I could not wait to get out. Upon arriving at my next destination all my clothes, even those in that remained in my pack smelled of stale smoke. This was the worst stay I ever had in a hotel most likely because they fell so short of my expectations. All this and an exorbitant room rate because the University of Delaware was graduating that weekend.

| This hotel is fine if you're just there to crash and you're on a budget. It's not high class by any stretch of the imagination, but it's not disgusting either. I must confess, it IS more toward the disgusting side though...

| Not a comfortable, welcoming place. There was some sticky liquid on the night stand next to the bed and on the alarm radio (which didn't work). The room was stuffy and dull. The toilet paper was more like sand paper. The overall feel of the hotel was that of a cheap motel. Maybe I'm being picky, but I just want a clean, comfortable place to stay when I have to travel. This one didn't meet either of those two things. Although, I have seen worse places.

| Relatively modest price, but not a bargain. Inefficient check-in. Utilitarian room. Noisy, though not during night. Left day-before grounds in coffee maker. However, recovered and returned clothes I left behind.

| Dirty entrance way usually means alot of bad to follow. Poorly conditioned towels with do not steal signs everywhere, like I'd take one of these worn, small towels. Breakfast was over seen by a "police" employee with again nothing to leave the room to help keep the rooms clean, right!!! The staff at the desk was helpful and the location was the real advantage. Price was similiar to others. Not a return trip in the future.

| Overall I was somewhat disappointed with this hotel. I was there during a winter storm and the hallways were very drafty. It was also very uncomfortable to work on my laptop which is very important to me since I spend about 4 hours a night doing work.I mostly chose this hotel because of the high-speed internet and low price. Unfortunately to use the internet you need to have a cable. I have just never carried one around and the hotel was out of them the first two days.
