Features
What to expect: On weekdays, the atrium lobby overlooking the harbor bustles, as guests ride glass elevators or congregate in clusters of chairs on the first and second floor. Because of the Hyatt's proximity to the convention center, more than half the guests are with groups. Other guests include business and leisure travelers. Amenity highlights: The hotel has a health club with fitness equipment, aerobics classes, saunas, tanning facilities (fee charged), and personal trainers (fee charged). On a landscaped rooftop, guests can use the seasonal outdoor splash pool, two tennis courts, putting green, and running track. Insider tip: One mile south of the Hyatt is Federal Hill, a funky neighborhood of 19th-century brick townhouses. One popular attraction is Cross Street Market, at the corner of Cross and Light streets, where produce and food stalls are open daily.
Pisces - The minimalist-style, split-level seafood restaurant perched atop the Hyatt is a romantic spot, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor. Couches and a 14-seat bar comprise a lounge near the entrance. The dining area seats 200 for dinner and Sunday brunch. Bistro 300 - This casual, bright bistro on the third floor serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a glass atrium next to a landscaped, shallow pond. An oval bar stands in the middle. Perks - Guests can settle in a cushy velvet chair or couch near this stand, which sells coffee and pastries in the second-floor lobby.

| The room was not thoroughly vacuumed every day and the coffee cups for the coffee maker were plastic/styrofoam. The service was good and the people were very friendly however. I was under the impression that this hotel was directly connected to the Convention Center. To me that means that you don't have to outside to get there. All it meant in Baltimore was that you didn't have to cross the street because there was a walkway. You still have to go outside. We were lucky that the weather cooperated.

| This hotel has a friendly staff, but problems with elevators that keep people waiting WAY too long for an elevator. The room was satisfactory, but nothing special. I will choose a different hotel if I go back to Baltimore.

| The hotel was as nicely appointed as you would expect any of the higher end hotels to be. I wouldn't say they were extra ordinary in that regard. I certainly have no complaints either. Where they really excelled was their customer service. From arrival to departure. From bellman to waitress. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way if they thought you needed something. Even if we didn't need something there was usually someone there asking if they could help. Might be the best customer service I have received from a hotel and ranks up there with the best I have received from any service provider.

| While the front desk and bell hop service was excellant(as well as the view of the Baltimore Inner Harbor) the room was filthy. The dirt on the hairdryer was so thick you could write on it. The bathroom was unclean and the bedding was worn. The hotel needs renovation. I would not stay here again.
