| Our 2-queen room was tiny! Not enough space for our luggage or the fridge that we requested. (Fridge ended up at the end of the bed next to the door. Our daughter, therefore, had to crawl over her sister to get out of bed!) Beds not comfy. No extra pillows. No tub, only shower. Air system was noisy. The pool was filled with dead bugs. The hotel is in walking distance to the Disney trams. Other than that and friendly desk help, I would definitely look elsewhere for a family of four. Even though we didn't spend much time in the room, it would have been worth spending a bit more to have a nicer place to "come home to" after a long day at the parks.

| Hotel was fine - nothing fancy but better than some we've stayed in. Gift shop was never open when we were there (after 5 or before 9). A pretty long walk to the entrance to Disneyland (took about 15 minutes each way) - and shuttle bus is no longer free. Staff was nice & helpful about storing our luggage before & after checking in/out.

| We chose this place because of its price and location. It was inexpensive and it allowed us to spend more of our money where we wanted-at Disneyland!! They didn't have a hairdryer in the room and the beds were hard as nails, but you know what??? It didn't matter as we walked back from Disney tired every night anyway!!
