The historic Santa Fe Plaza, museums, galleries, restaurants, Sweeney Convention Center, and the New Mexico State Capitol are all within six blocks of this three-story hotel. Constructed on the site of the 17th-century Ortiz hacienda, the hotel incorporates portions of the original structure--most notably in the fine dining room with traditional kiva fireplace and in a casual restaurant and bar. In addition, a breakfast restaurant is located in a fountain-filled indoor area that surrounds the Ortiz courtyard. A business center with a computer and complimentary high-speed Internet access is available, and wireless Internet access in the public areas is also complimentary. Flexible meeting facilities include ballrooms, exhibit areas, and boardrooms. A seasonal outdoor pool with a fireplace and spa tub is located in a landscaped courtyard, a fitness room is provided, and a concierge desk is on site. Pets are accepted (surcharge). | Within a block or two of the Plaza. So, good access. They charge extra for parking ($15/day), which wasn't known upfront. Pool was warm & clean. Bar was cozy/comfortable. Breakfast good.
