| This hotel had very uncomfortable beds and sofa mattresses. The pillows were old, lumpy and thin. We asked for 4 extra pillows and they only gave us 2. On top of being too uncomfortable to sleep well, our room was located above the pool, which doesn't close until 10pm. We have small children who go to bed earlier than that. They couldn't fall asleep and were up crying until the pool closed. Not a good combination for a trip to Sea World the next day. The hotel room was a little dirty and run down. If you want a nice, quiet, comfortable and clean hotel stay, don't stay here! We wasted our money and had a misserable time. At check out, the front desk staff didn't even bother to ask if we enjoyed our stay. Also, be prepared to give a cash deposit for your room keys.

| Good location and easy freeway access. Suites are off the main road and rooms stayed quite. Lots of restuarants and shopping with in blocks. Breakfast was good with hot and cold meal choices but no breakfast meats were offered. Staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were always cleaned very well.

| The room was smaller that what expected, the "view" from the patio was of an alley, the room smelled like mildew and the blankets were wet, the bathroom was small, the sofa bed didn't work, the "hot breakfast" was ok, but still not what was expected.

| When we got to the motel, it did not look too bad from the outside by the lobby, then you get back to where the rooms are... pretty shabby. They say you get a free breakfast... choose two items from a list. Not enough to feed my 11 year old daughter. Parking was awful. Spaces were cramped and barely enough space to get an SUV in and out of the parking stall. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom should be between the living and sleeping areas in a suite, this one had the bathroom situated where you had to walk through the sleeping area to get to the bathroom. My family and I will not be staying there again.

| The suite was tiny. The coffee maker only made one cup at a time and you were only supplied with enough to make 2 cups. There was mold in the bathroom. The blankets and sheets had holes in them and I let my dog sleep on better pillows! When we scheduled the trip it was under the impression that we were getting a whole breakfast. Instead, we were given coupons to choose only two items - one of those items being toast! Room service ignored our wet towels on the floor. Our flight arrived early and was not able to check in until 3pm on the dot, regardless of our being told that it would be possible to check in a bit earlier than normal when we called prior to booking our trip. Also, the neighborhood is scary at night.

| I have never stayed in such a filthy place in my life. The room was moldy smelling, towels dirty, no overhead light and roaches crawling. The bathroom had mold around the walls and the place smelled bad. The parking lot was designed for VW bugs only. I checked in that night and left the very next morning. The front desk clerk had no personality.

| It's actually just right if your looking for a cheap place to stay in. The one thing I enjoyed was that they upgraded me to a suite when I paid for a regular size room. That's a bonus. Parking spaces was too small, not a good parking lot at all. Overall, the hotel is just ok.
