| The hotel locations was not a good one. We found our restroom dirty in tub and had to contact the housekeepers. They tried their best but could not get the tub clean. We tired to leave right away but was told we would be charged for one nights stay. We left the very next day!

| The Room and overall appearance of the hotel was extremely nice. The room service staff and lounge staff were incredible and very friendly yet professional, but the night staff for check in was more interested in talking to her friends on the phone than checking us in. I had to ask her to call them back and get us checked in.
