| Management was un-flexible when my men finished their job a day earlier and wanted to check out. Would not allow early check out / credit.

| This hotel was pretty bad. Although the price was reasonable, I could have stayed two minutes away, for the same price at a better hotel. I literally had to go to Target and by Febreze, that is how bad the room smelled. It is right next to a seven lane street and yes you hear all the cars, police and ambulance, and people peeling out. I would only stay here if your intention was to go to sleep and leave early in the morning.

| Requested two double beds and got a king because of a "cracked tub" breakfast choices few but acceptable. Friendly staff and amenities close by made this hotel a good choice.

| This was not a good stay. First of all we got a non smoking room, the room reaked of cigarettes. We called and complained, and they brought a coconut airfresher. All that did was make it smell like a coconut cigarette. The remote didn't work. When they came to fix it he was on the phone with his girlfriend and not once paid any attention to us. The "whirlpool Bath" had a major hcrack in it. All it was, was a regular small bath tub with jets in them. The comforter had cigarette burns on it. The curtains were falling off. It was noisy and the staff wasn't very polite from the beginning. We didn't stay for breakfast my husband and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I could keep going but I wont. This was your worst nightmare of a hotel.

| Roaches running all over the microwave and fridge they brag about. If you can't find better accomodations in Nashville stay home. The whirpool tub had holes in it.

| The room had an odor - kind of musty. I had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the TV and then had to go back because that didn't work. Ended up having to program the remote myself and within a day that remote stopped working... I just used the buttons on the TV! The breakfast was poorly stocked - instead of a continental they had waffles (which you had to cook yourself) and biscuits and gravey. I never got ANY gravey in the five days I was there... they were always out. I would not go back to this hotel.

| There was no High Speed internet connection that worked with a wire. The Hotel was very noisy from guests partying in the parking lot until the wee hours.
