| Easy walking distance to the pier and State Street. The hotel was very cute. Our room had a wooden four poster bed and matching light wood furniture even in the bathroom area. The in room coffee was Seattle's Best which is much better than the generic stuff most hotels offer. The breakfast was good including juices, fresh baked biscuits, fruit, bagels, and muffins.

| My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. We loved the charm of the hotel and the over-all decor and ambience. It was a short walk to the harbor and close to the shuttles for downtown. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

| Bordering on shabby, and not in a chic way. Carpets downright dingy. Room was small and completely filled up with a silly canopy bed. Noisy AC unit. Mattress felt like it should have been replaced 5 years ago... DEFINITELY OVERPRICED (but it's hard to find lodging in Santa Barbara that isn't). Location is good. Large balcony (but all of our neighbors seemed to be smokers). Breakfast was fine (good coffee). Pleasant lobby/sitting area. Pool is small but refreshing; hot tub was clean. Employees were efficient and friendly.
