| One advantage of this hotel was that it was big enough to accommodate 6 people comfortably. I felt that the rooms could have been a little more clean. The linens and drapery had holes in them. The service was prompt but they suggested that we wash our own towels. Overall, it was an ok place to stay.

| Make sure you get into the Atlantica III, it is the newest and has the best room set up. I was highly pleased with the quality of the room and the ammenities. We had one small problem while staying, the elevator on one side of the building was down for most of Friday. There is another that worked though. I will go back

| Only received fresh towels each day, there was not any cleaning done and no brooms or sweepers to clean up sand as it came in. This left the room very gritty by the end of the week. Spotlights shown into the bedroom windows at night and curtains wouldn't close completely so the room was lit up all night. There were only two washers and dryers for the entire hotel. Parking was a nightmare. Only about 30 parking places close to the hotel across the street.

| As for the best part of this hotel, the oceanfront view: The view is great, especially at night. As for the room condition...I cant say the same. The rooms are fairly beat up, however, I suppose if you look at how they've been put through beach week and such...i guess they're not too bad. One thing they dont tell you until your there is the fact that if you're under the age of 26, they require a $400 CASH deposit before they ever give you the room key. Thankfully they give you a sheet of paper for you to describe the condition in detail of the room that you must have back to them within the first few hours. The fun part, that really got me, is upon checking out, I was told they would mail my deposit to me. Three weeks later...I call and 'oh, we dont have your address.' Nice-they took no effort to call me or anything(and yes they had my phone number). Other than that, was a decent place to stay-good air conditioning, comfortable beds, working appliances, etc. Not really the cleanest or best kept rooms, but again, not too bad. I suppose I would be okay recommending this hotel to others, but I also recommend to check out other options as well.

| Have stayed there twice and would stay again. Have stayed in both Atlantica towers and all rooms have ocean front balconies. Condo's had everything we needed, furnished kitchen, 2 bath's, central location. Worst part of stay was long waits for the elevator at times and the parking is across the street and the lots stay pretty full.
