| Hotel staff was very couteous and parking was convenient. Rooms were better than expected and an excellent value. The only negative was the lack of internet access, but I guess that's to be expected in any casino/hotel. They don't want you spending all your time in your room.

| The hotel is as close to luxury as you're going to get in Laughlin, but if you refuse the maid service when they come around in the morning, you are pretty much stuck with a dirty room for the rest of the day.

| The hotel was very clean and and comfortable. There is a huge free parking garage agent to the hotel. The staff was friendly in the hotel, Starbucks, Joe's Crabshack, and the casino floor. A recommendation would be to have a nonsmoking section or better ventilation on the casino floor.

| Very nicely priced for a great hotel. Plenty of room for my SeaDoo trailer in their RV parking across the street.

| The Hotel was clean and had a great pool area! Almost everyone was pleasant, except for a few check-in service people and they sure can use some new cocktail waitresses. They were slow and very cocky!!! (Not all of them-There were a few that were pleasant!) For the most part, it was like they didn't want to be there! Even though we had a few mishaps, we can't wait to come back!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!!

| We were upset with the hotel. We had friends coming in from out of town to share our wedding with us. They called the hotel in advance to make sure they were in a room across from us. But then the hotel changed our room right before we arrived and therefore we were not across from our friends we weren't even on the same floor. We had been moved to the 3rd floor where we were right next to the elevator and could hear it going up and down whenever we were in our room.

| Have stayed at 2 other hotels here, and this is is by far the best: clean, comfortable, good amenities and ambiance. Drawbacks: not centrally located (but then again, not too far to walk to most of the other ones.
