This smoke-free, five-story inn is located on the main highway in downtown Destin. Set on a bluff, it offers commanding views over Destin Harbor, East Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico. The city’s popular Marina Café is adjacent, and many other restaurants and shops are within two blocks. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, private stretch of beach on the harbor, and docking facilities. A lobby with a fireplace and large, harbor-view windows provides a pleasant setting for daily complimentary Continental breakfasts and complimentary wireless Internet access (network cards not provided). Parking is free.

| This is an older building but it is well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a limited service facility with free continental breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and is close to numerous resuarants and shopping outlets.

| The "private balcony" over looking the harbor was most enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and had a new feel about it even though it is an old Destin landmark. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making our dinner reservations and boat sight seeing trip. I really like the fact it is an all "non-smoking" room hotel. The Expedia web site was informative and the description on the Inn was helpful in making my decision.We'll be back!
