| The Crown Moran was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation in London. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our stay. They gave us the option of buffet or an English breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and at the connected pub. The rooms were comfortable and decorated as the pictures represented. The indoor pool, sauna, and exercise facilities were fabulous. We bascially had them to ourselves. The location is outside of the main tourist areas of London, but it was easy to reach by the Jubilee Line and a short bus trip up the hill. The neighborhood is mixed with varied ethnic groups. There were some restaurants near by, but the hotel was the best place to eat. There is also a Burger King and McDonalds within a block. There is a laundromat and an Internet cafe just across the street. There is also a market next door. The neighborhood is not tourist oriented, but used by the locals.

| Huge room. We requested three adults and recieved a tein and a double bed. Room was spacious and included breakfast which was great. Staff was incredibly helpful-we were there when terror plot exploded and one of daughter's friends was stuck in London due to flight cancellations. Staff put another bed in the room for him. Helped check on flights etc. Only drawback is location, which is in Kilburn. Food at bar was filling, good and affordable.

| The hotel staff was very accomodating. We arrived earlier than check in time and were checked in immediately with no hassle. The pool area is great, as is the state of the art pool changing area, and the in-room safe provides an extra measure of security for the important passports and such. The only Negative was the surroundings. It was not dangerous, but it did not inspire feelings of security either. We got back to our hotel a few times late from London (the center) and starting on Th-Sun there was drinking out on the street, including a few loud arguments and disagreements. This happened not at the hotel, but very close.

| The hotel is north of London and outside of the "circle" but well maintained, clean, and quiet with good-sized rooms, contemporary decor, and good restaurants. It is in a middle class ethnic neighborhood with lots of Indian, Afghan, and Asian restaurants and stores, and the streets are a bit dirty but we felt safe (although single women would be more cautious). Four bus lines stop directly in front of the hotel and in five minutes take you to the Kilburn station of the Jubilee line of the Tube, and from there you are directly connected to Baker Street, Bond Street, and Westminster (20 minutes).

| We arrived at the hotel at 8AM and they let us check in to our room right away. The staff was pleasant and always helpful. We had a triple which was quite roomy. The undergound was only 10 minutes away. There was a nice breakfast every morning. Can't find anything to complain about.

| My wife, 9 year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel with its wonderful atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms and the delightful restaurant and bars, not to mention a pool. However the location as another reviewer touched on is by no means close to the tourist attractions thus one has to manuever public transport which can be time consuming and trying...buses and tube

| Great hotel! Staff was excellent and helpful, the rooms and facilities were very modern, and I'd say it was almost underpriced. The location is a bit odd but once you get to know the neighborhood you find the hidden gems: close to bus/subway, walking distance to several Indian and kebab restaurants, major banks across the street. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi was not very warm and sometimes just broken (and when you do walking tours of London, you really do look forward to it!) I'll definitely plan on the Crown when I go back.

| Because of the wonderful service we received from this hotel, we will definately be returning to London. The accomodations were beautiful and the hotel staff was wonderful. They even stored our luggage while we visited Paris for a few days. They were very patient with our lack of international ways. We would like to thank them for a very memorable vacation.
